At Monzaricca Coffee, we are committed to delivering your coffee fresh, safely, and on time. Please read our shipping policy below.

Order Processing

  • All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
  • Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
  • During festive seasons or promotional events, processing may take slightly longer.

Shipping Time

Estimated delivery times:

  • Metro Cities: 2–5 business days
  • Tier 2 & Tier 3 Cities: 3–7 business days
  • Remote Locations: 5–10 business days

Delivery timelines may vary depending on your location, weather conditions, courier operations, or unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping Charges

  • Free Shipping on orders above ₹499.
  • A standard shipping fee may apply to orders below ₹499. The applicable shipping charge will be displayed during checkout.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email and/or SMS with a tracking number and courier details. You can use the tracking link to monitor your shipment.

Delivery Attempts

Our courier partners will attempt delivery up to three times. If the delivery is unsuccessful due to an incorrect address, unavailable recipient, or other customer-related reasons, the order may be returned to us. Additional shipping charges may apply for re-dispatch.

Address Changes

Please ensure your shipping address and contact details are accurate before placing your order. Once an order has been shipped, we may not be able to modify the delivery address.

Damaged or Missing Items

If your package arrives damaged, tampered with, or if any item is missing:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.
  • Share your order number along with clear photos or videos of the package and products.
  • Our support team will review the issue and provide a suitable resolution.

Delayed Deliveries

While we strive to deliver every order on time, delays may occur due to weather conditions, natural disasters, transportation issues, or other factors beyond our control. We appreciate your patience in such situations.

International Shipping

Currently, Monzaricca Coffee ships only within India. International shipping is not available at this time.
